 iWorship Radio Station Manager Melissa Hetzler Burton | Melissa Hetzler Burton can't imagine her life without Jesus, He is everything. She learned about the saving grace of Jesus at a young age; and found it quite evident that He was the one who gave her a passion for singing and people, so she could use it to glorify Him (Psalm 13:6). She calls her ministry a 're-gifting', because "I am just giving back to Him what He has so graciously let me borrow for the short time I am here on earth" (Romans 12:6). She decided at a young age to remain pure in many aspects of life; becoming an advocator of abstinence before marriage and withstaining from drugs and alcohol. She works with children, youth, and young adults to realize the devastating effects of their choices in these areas (Deuteronomy 31:19). She strives to live by the motto: "When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, I used all that He gave me." Her greatest hope is that those who witness her ministry will not think "Oh, she has a good voice or personality.", but rather "Wow, the Lord is working through her!". God has blessed her with many opportunities to serve Him on stage and be a witness to crowds of thousands of people. She has won competitions such as: 'The Great American Gospel Fest' (Youth Division Winner), 'VCU Talent Show' (Hosted by Flavor Flav), and many such events that have opened the door for her to tell others about the love of the Savior. Melissa is recently married to a wonderful man of God (Trevor), and together they strive to live a life that radiates the Lord’s blessings and works. She is a student of the Richmond Outreach School of Urban Ministry where she is obtaining a Bachelorette in Christian Education. She has been a radio host and magazine columnist for the Stellar Award winning ishoutforjoy for the past year, and is honored to take a role as Station Manager for iworshipthelord.com Radio. |

Now in 2012 Evangelist Jimmie has stated The Publishing Hour show on a local Cable network here in Richmond, VA also seen on YouTube all over the world. She is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and during the late 1990's after raising her two children, Evangelist Jimmie began exhibiting her abstract artwork nationwide while writing an autobiographic journal. She is now inspired to reveal to the world her anointed work, in abstract prophetic art, writing and ministry within the arts. God is using all our gifts for the kingdom. In 2009 after her last layoff she started to take all the gifts inside and move forward with her life. She began her vision with opening the publishing company with one book and within 1year she has 16 books 8 authors and hosting/producing the internet talk show The Publishing Hour. She started The Publishing Hour in July of 2010 and within 5 months the show was picked up in another market. In 2011 the vision is moving and great things are coming for this visionary.
